IVUE is the document scanning
software created by Prima Systems as a simple
solution to the burdensome and time consuming
task of medical recordkeeping. Staff no longer
have to worry about organizing and managing an
enormous amount of old patient charts and reports.
Physicians no longer have to wait during an exam
to receive patient charts from staff or to search
for missing paperwork from overloaded patient
files and cabinets.
Your images can be automatically stored and linked
to the patient's record without cutting and pasting!
Scanning: IVUE allows you to
scan documents onto your computer system and automatically
store and link the images to the patient record
without having to cut or paste. After each exam,
staff can scan in patient charts using a scanner.
Physicians can search and view old documents by
entering patient name. The scanned documents may
include everything from old patient records to
form letters to insurance filings.
Filing: Filing patient charts
is as easy as retrieving them since this is also
a quick point and click procedure. Even for multi-location
centers, all patient files and records can be
consolidated into one location and retrieval can
be done from any office.
Retrieving: Using IVUE, physicians
and staff can instantly pull up old exam charts
or other medical records that have been previously
scanned and already attached to the patient record.
The physician may also quickly and easilyaccess
the record from outside the office.
Storing: By storing all the information
on the server, it helps to eliminate unnecessary
costs that incur with additional storage space
for the paper forms. In addition, costs from office
supplies such as patient chart folders, labels,
indexes and forms used to create patient files
no longer need to be purchased. |
