comes alive the moment you enter a person's name.
You can immediately identify if a caller is an
existing patient or a prospect. Capturing referral
information is as simple as picking from a pre-built
list or entering a new one. Referrals by patients
or physicians can be easily located to generate
a thank-you letter or to co-manage. A simple click
will save the name of a caller to a prospective
patients list, or will bring up the schedule module
to make appointments for the individual.
Flexible Scheduling: nVZN turns
the chore of making appointments into a pleasurable
task. The user requires only a click and a keystroke
to make a comprehensive appointment for a new
caller. At a quick glance, the user can view the
daily schedule for two providers, week-at-a-glance,
the number of appointment types that have been
made for that day, or holidays and numerous other
scheduling details. nVZN also alerts the user
if the selected contact has been tagged with alert
information, such as "study subject"
or "VIP". With two resources schedules
displayed side-by-side, rescheduling or changing
providers is simple as a drag-n-drop.
Quick Search Tool: With its precision
search tool, nVZN offers powerful search capability.
The same search technique is employed throughout
nVZN to maintain a familiar interface whether
it is activiated from the Call Center, Scheduling,
Check In/Out, Patient Information or Outcome Analysis.
Smooth Check In / Out: Using
nVZN's Check In/ Out module, you can quickly identify
how many patients are in the office, who is checked
out and who is still being serviced. Keep track
of all your patients in the office.
Secured Transactions: nVZN handles
transactions in a secure manner. It gives you
the flexibility to check out and print a statement
at any location while maintaining secured access
through passwords according to user group or level.
This allows the administrator to verify all financial
transactions at the end of the day. Users will
be prompted to apply proper credit or balance
from previous activities when applicable. nVZN
also creates an audit trail by recording all transactions
with time, user IDs and network location.
Inventory: nVZN allows you to
keep an inventory of all glasses and other products
that are sold to your patients. You have the ability
to find out which items are still available and
which items are quickly selling out. Never run
out of supplies or be overstocked with unpopular
items. Exceed your patients' expectations with
a constant supply of the best selling products.
Insurance Claims and Electronic Billing:
Once the patient transaction is complete, an automatically
prepared HCFA 1500 form can be printed out or
electronically billed to a third party electronic
claims system. nVZN will serve to alert staff
of any missing information before printing is
complete. This reduces errors and payment time.
Intuitive Patient Interface: The Patient
Information screen provides a simple yet effective
interface to view doctor and patient data at a
glance. It lists all appointments ever made and
a full history and summary of financial transactions.
Navigate to the Patient Details screen for even
more data such as patient employment, record of
correspondence and recall information.
Form Letters and Envelopes: A
thank-you letter to a patient who refers another
may bring additional referrals. The Form Letter
module contains pre-built letter, or allows you
to create your own. Letters generated through
this module are automatically recorded and tracked
for later reference. Instantly create labels and
envelopes with company logo.
Recalls/Tasks: You can also recall upcoming
action events such as appointment reminders or
birthdays. You may also assign specific tasks
to yourself or to other staff. When tasks are
not completed, you may it roll over. nVZN helps
you to manage your day to day duties more efficiently
and categorically.
Reports: nVZN's list of reports
provides up-to-the-minute figures. Employee performance
can be measured by the day, week or month. Referral
reports can be generated by source medium such
as radio, television, newspaper or by name such
as Dr. Jones or Mr. Smith. You can ever create
reports that show how many consultations turned
into procedures and by whom. |
